Resolved Question: Who to contact is still haven't received compensation?

After taking someone to court, he was to pay £500 in compensation and due to that hes on benefits, im meant to receive £5 each week from his benefits... I know it take a while to set up direct account to pay in... But its been nearly 6 months since the case, who do i contact to see whats happening with it? or anyone who knows how long it will take? Note: I live in North Wales Due to it didn't go to crown court... I did not have a proper solicitor Well there was no company, he was found guilty of assault.... Is it HMRC?
